Daily guidance of Fitness Coach Nyela and Nutrition Coach Kamna.
Coach Nyela will be providing weekly workouts and setting weekly fitness goals to help create a more holistic lifestyle.The fitness coach will be accessible for answering queries and doubts related to the workouts provided, as well as suggesting solutions.
Coach Kamna will be accessible for answering queries and doubts related to IFML as well as suggesting solutions for group members to adopt a more holistic lifestyle.
Have your workouts designed by me monthly. Where we work together progressively making changes.
I check your progress report and help you gradually increase your strength, stamina and overall endurance.
We will be setting monthly targets and in 3 months you'll start to see visible results.

n your 3 months enrollment plan, we offer unlimited workouts :- Kick-Boxing, Functional Strength, HIIT, Body Combat, Botcamps, Aerobics, Zumba, you name it and we have it.
You get to explore a huge variety of workouts and we have something new lined up for you every single day.
The WWN Studio at Smartflex is a fully equipped open air facility.
