What is IFML ?


IFML (Intermittent Fasting Mindful Living) is a 45-day personalised program with a whatsapp support group of like-minded people who want to switch to healthier living. IFML is a not a short lived challenge but a program that aims at sustainable lifestyle changes. It helps you adapt a suitable intermittent fasting pattern, while making you more mindful of your overall health habits. It includes customised and personalised nutritional guidelines along with daily fitness routines that are convenient to practise from home. Daily guidance and modifications are provided by certified nutritionist Kamna Bhandari and fitness instructor Nyela Kapadia, the co-founders of IFML.

She holds certifications and experience in various fields such as Functional Training as a Master Functional Trainer FTI (Functional Training Institute), Animal Flow level 1 , IFAA Functional Trainer , IKFF level 1 , Reebok Group fitness Instructor, Reebok Step Aerobic Instructor, Reebok Core Pilates, Doonya: The Bollywood Workout, Bokwa Trainer and more.

With 17 years of experience in Nutrition and Diet Therapy, Kamna takes on a more holistic and a scientific approach, with counselling being her forte. She is also an expert for diabetes, gut related issues, pcos, thyroid, renal issues and more. Whether you’re a beginner or an IF expert, Kamna promises to patiently lead you through the process and helps you to understand your individual needs better.

I have PCOS / Thyroid. Can I enroll?

Those with PCOS / Thyroid can undertake the program safely. Our nutrition coach, Kamna will look into your individual requirements during your one on one session with her.

I have Diabetes. Can I enroll?

Those with Diabetes can undertake the program safely. Our nutrition coach, Kamna will be addressing your health issues during your session with her.

I live outside of India / Mumbai. Can I enroll ?

We are a global platform and have had many participants in the past from various countries.

How can I enroll ?

At the bottom of this page click on the JOIN NOW button, complete the payment formallities and you will get a confirmation mail. In that email you will get a link to fill your health & fitness details, on completing that form you will be added in a private whatsapp group a day before the program starts.

I am Pregnant/ Breastfeeding. Can I enroll ?

Lactating and pregnant women are advised to take up an individual plan with our nutritionist to look into your specific needs. You may contact us directly for the same.

I have physical constraints and I cannot workout ? Can I enroll ?

Our fitness coach will directly look into your health issues and devise a fitness plan for you accordingly. We do have modified workouts that can accommodate several types of injuries. You may not be able to use all workouts available on the program. Please contact us directly for serious injuries.

What payment types do you accept?

You can make payments via the given link which will allow you to Bank Transfer, Google Pay and Paytm. For International Payments we have the PayPal Facility on request.

Can I get a refund?

No. This is a non refundable and non-transferable fee.
