IFML is a not a short lived challenge but a program that aims at sustainable lifestyle changes. Our fitness coach will directly look into your health issues and devise a fitness plan for you accordingly. We do have modified workouts that can accommodate several types of injuries. You may not be able to use all workouts available on the program. Please contact us directly for serious injuries.
